A 54 years old female, BMD -2.8SD, treated with CICPS fixation by PMMA augmentation. A Preoperative radiographs showed L5 vertebral body was of level IV forward slip, spondylolysis type. B X-ray examination showed good vertebral reduction and no leakage of bone cement one week after operation. C CT results showed good fusion 36 months after surgery. D 60 months after surgery, no obvious double ring sign, no loosening, no fracture or pulling out was observed
