Comparison of Gal-1 protein expression of BMSC, HSC and MP in bone marrow between 6- and 18-month-old mice. Bone marrow stromal cell (BMSC), hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) and myeloid progenitor (MP) were harvested from femur bone marrow of 6- and 18-month-old mice. Gal-1 protein levels were investigated through western blot in BMSC (a), HSC (b) and MP (c) of femur bone marrow of 6- and 18-month-old mice. GAPDH were used as internal control.
