From: Ultrasonic bone curette-assisted unilateral approach for bilateral decompression with MIS-TLIF for severe lumbar spinal stenosis

In the group of ultrasonic bone curette, a 74-year-old woman suffered from low back pain accompanied by intermittent claudication for more than three years. Preoperative X-ray (a, b), MRI (d), and CT (c) examinations showed severe DLSS (Schizas Grade D) at the L4/L5 level. The patient received Mis-TLIF assisted by an ultrasonic bone curette, and symptoms were significantly relieved after the surgery. Postoperative X-ray (e, f) and postoperative CT/MRI indicated that complete decompression was achieved at L4/L5 (g, h)
