APS improved SONFH in mice. The SONFH mouse model was treated with APS (100 mg/kg/d). The mice were divided into three groups: Control group, SONFH group, SONFH + APS group. (A) RT-qPCR detection of SP1 and miR-200b-3p expression. (B) Western blot analysis of β-catenin expression. (C) HE staining was used to detect the pathological changes of mouse bone tissues. (D) TRAP staining was used to detect the number of osteoclasts in mouse bone tissues. (E) Western blot determination of autophagy-related proteins in osteocytes.
