A: Three months after surgery, the patient experienced recurrent dislocation caused by soft tissue imbalance resulting from the posterior approach (type II). B: Because of insufficient tension in the soft tissue, a constrained cup was used for reversion. It has now been 4 years since the revised THA (Group F)
