  1. Using GEE, we controlled for sex and age at surgery, as well as correlations among measures at three points of time. Values under ‘PAO + FO minus PAO’ are the regression coefficients for dummy variables, which are the adjusted difference between each pair of PAO plus FO and PAO alone. Post-op alone refers to post-operative measurements at the final follow-up
