A 49-year-old male patient who received conservative treatment. A. Swelling can be observed on the palmar and dorsal side of the right wrist. B. Anteroposterior and lateral X-ray of the right wrist revealed malalignment of the wrist with an osteolytic lesion of the distal radius, distal ulna, and the proximal carpal bones. C. MRI images of the right hand showed osteolytic lesions in the distal ulna and carpal bones, and extensive necrotic degeneration of the synovium and surrounding soft tissues of the wrist joint
