  1. Front loading information and tasks were sent to participants prior to their scheduled weekly class time, usually on a Monday. The participant was required to work through the material and complete the tasks. Scheduled synchronous class time group interaction with real-time WhatsApp video interaction took place for one hour on a predetermined day (usually Thursdays). The focus was on sharing information, reflecting on the pre-loaded material and sharing feedback on tasks. Back loading Relevant follow up information was posted on the e-platform after the class, usually Fridays
