An 11-year-old boy (Case 8) with an olecranon comminuted fracture that does not involve the coronoid process and anterior dislocation of the distal complex of the fracture (a, b). Fracture-dislocation was generally corrected after closed reduction (c). K-wire was used for temporary fixation after anatomical reduction of the olecranon articular surface of the ulna. Part of the bone defect at the back of the metaphysis of the ulna was found, so it was fixed with K-wires combined with a reconstruction plate.
