Pre- and Post operative photographs of a 10 year old patient who presented with complex congenital scoliosis; 3 dimensional CT showed failure of T5-9 anomaly vertebrae segmentation and massive fused rib; T8 Y-shaped osteotomy was performed with unilateral fusion (A,B,C,D). Interoperation image: convex side only to expose and unilateral pedicle screws were inserted. Gradual compression until the gap was closed after osteotomy. Bones graft for fusion of the posterior elements(E,F)
