A 13-year-old girl with severe rigid scoliosis with preoperative Cobb angle of 117° (a & b) underwent PSF from T2 to L2. Postoperative Cobb angle was 60° and correction rate was 48.7% (c). She developed lung atelectasis of right middle and lower lobes at postoperative day 2 (d) which resolved at postoperative day 6 with non-invasive oxygen supplementation and chest physiotherapy
