A 61-year-old man presented with acetabular fracture of the right acetabulum. Preoperative AP view (a) showed a typical feature of “Gull sign”. Judet view (b) and 3D CT reconstruction (c) showed that the quadrilateral plate was separated from the anterior column and partially attached to the posterior column, which was classified as QLP1. ORIF was performed via a single ilioinguinal approach, and the compression fracture of acetabular dome was managed with artificial bone grafting.
