Total blood loss in the intervention and control groups. Total blood loss (calculated using Mercuriali’s formula and standard hemograms) at admission and five days after surgery. Mean total blood loss was 559.99 ± 248.26 mL in the 4DryField® PH group and 557.25 ± 284.46 mL in the control group. A significant difference in blood loss was not observed.
