Age: 18–65 years;Inclusion criteria: ≥6 weeks shoulder pain of atraumatic origin; pain on movement.

Exclusion criteria: specific shoulder conditions (fracture, dislocation, arthritis, adhesive capsulitis, cancer, previous surgery, radicular signs).
