Distributions of CCP on the acetabular surface and the femoral head and the cartilage displacement of acetabulum for various flexion angles. Compared with 90 degrees flexion, the acetabular stress increased significantly at 100 degrees flexion, but the displacement did not improve much. However, there was no noticeable stress increase in the corresponding femoral head, and the stress on the top of the femoral head was significantly reduced than before with the rise of flexion angle
