Overexpression of SNHG9 led to decreased apoptotic rate of chondrocytes from OA patients through miR-34a. LPS was used to treat two types of chondrocyte and the effects of overexpression of SNHG9 and miR-34a on the apoptosis of chondrocytes from OA patients (a) and healthy controls (b) were analyzed by cell apoptosis assay. All experiments were performed in triplicate manner and mean values were calculated and presented. *, p < 0.05
