Postoperative full-length film of the lower limbs and positive and lateral radiographs of the knee joint. The varus deformity of the left lower extremity was corrected, and the joint lines of both knees were at the same level. The Insall-Salvati ratio was 0.85. The Insall-Salvati ratio (ratio of the length of the patellar tendon (measured from the distal pole of the patella to the tibial tuberosity) to the maximum length of the patella (measured from the distal pole to the proximal pole of the patella)) was between 0.72 and 0.9 under average conditions
