A 48-year-old female patient with T6–7 spinal tuberculosis received posterior transpedicular debridement and fusion. 2a–2d Preoperative images showed paravertebral abscess formation in T6–7 and bone destruction in vertebral body of T6 and T7. 1e Intraoperative findings showed that interbody grafting was carried out after removal of pedicles with direct visual observation. 2e-g Postoperative images after two weeks of operation showed that the instrumentation was in place. 1 h Postoperative images after 24 months of operation showed that solid interbody fusion was obtained
