Expression of DR3 on Splenic CD4⁺ T Cells following Ovairectomy. Female BALB/c mice (12 weeks) underwent either sham or ovariectomy (OVX) surgery. The (a) number of DR3⁺ splenic CD4⁺ T cells and (b) DR3 expression (MFI) was analysed by flow cytometry 1 week and 8 weeks post-surgery. One week post-surgery significantly increased CD4⁺ DR3⁺ cell numbers (p < 0.05) and DR3 expression (p < 0.01) was observed in the OVX cohort compared to the sham cohort (p < 0.05).
