From: Recent trends in children's elbow dislocation with or without a concomitant fracture

A Boy, 10.8 years old, was injured during trampoline jumping. Lateral (a) and anterior-posterior/oblique (b) radiographs of the left elbow showed a posterior-lateral dislocation and an avulsion of medial epicondyle (the arrow). Closed reduction was carried out in an emergency unit immediately and the fracture was fixed with K-wires (cd). The elbow was immobilized with an above-the-elbow cast for 31 days. In the last follow-up visit the medial epicondyle was in good reduction. Functional and cosmetic results of the left elbow were satisfactory (ef)
