Table 1 Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

Exclusion Criteria

1. Skeletally mature between the ages of 15 and 25

1. Previous ACLR on either knee

2. ACL deficient knee

2. Multi-ligament injury (2+ ligaments requiring surgical attention)

3. Two or more of the following:

3. Symptomatic articular cartilage defect requiring treatment other than debridement

 a) Competitive pivoting sport

4. Varus or valgus malalignment greater than 3 degrees

 b) Pivot shift grade 2 or greater

5. Unable to speak or read English

 c) Generalized ligamentous laxity (Beighton score of 4 or greater)

6. Unable to provide informed consent
