Bone turnover factors and Wnt signaling antagonists in patients with DISH and controls. Serum levels of OSC (**p < 0.01), SFRP-1 (*p < 0.05) and SOST (**p < 0.01) were higher in the patients with DISH than in the controls. Serum levels of DKK-1 (**p < 0.01) were lower in the patients with DISH than in the controls. There was no significant difference in OPG levels between the DISH patients and controls.
