JAK inhibition with JTE-052 suppresses joint inflammation and joint destruction in rats with adjuvant-induced arthritis (AIA). Rat with clinical signs of joint inflammation were orally administered vehicle, JTE-052 (0.1, 1, or 10 mg/kg), or methotrexate hydrate (MTX; 0.3 mg/kg) once daily for 1 week from day 15.
