  1. The statistical results represented the mean ± S.D. of five separate experiment. Type II collagen and aggrecan expression was substantially restored in HA-CS-CrmA group. However, collagen I and IL-1β were reduced in HA-CS-CrmA group and CS- CrmA group compared with the OA group.
