Effects of salubrinal on colony-forming unit-macrophage/ monocyte (CFU -M). Approximately 2.5x10⁴ bone marrow mononuclear cells were prepared and seeded onto a 35-mm gridded dish supplemented with 30 ng/ml M-CSF and 20 ng/ml RANKL. Three dosages of salubrinal (1, 2, and 5 μM) were administered and cells were cultured for 7 days.
