ACRFP was performed for his right knee; B, 46 months later, he came back due to marked disability over his left knee, the condition of his right knee was excellent. The degenerative process over the right knee is ceased compared to the progressively degenerated left knee; and, C, unicompartmental arthroplasty should be performed for his left knee.
