A, A quantitative PCR analysis of the expression of let-7a, miR-26a, 146a,b, 150, and 155 in expanded IL-17 producing T cells and non-expanded cells. The expression level of these six miRNAs in expanded IL-17 producing T cells was significantly higher than in non-expanded cells. MiR-146a and miR-146b have increased by a factor of six in comparison to non-expanded cells. miR-155 showed a 9-fold increase, and miR-26a showed the smallest increase.
