  1. Linear by linear association test showed a significant increase in use of standard chairs with age (p < 0.001). There was a difference in performance to stand (p < 0.05) and to stand up (p = 0.03) between the preschool children 3--6 years compared to the other age groups. The use of support to sit down from standing decreased with age (p = 0.041).
