A 27-year-old male patient with L1-2 chordoma (WBB stage: L1-2 sector 3–10, layer B-D) underwent en bloc resection. A posterior approach was used.After resection of the posterior structures of L1 and L2 and the intervertebral disc between T12-L1 and L2-3, the L1-2 vertebral body and the tumor were resected en bloc. A 3D-printed artificial vertebral body was implanted between T12 and L3.
