Effects of the selective CB 2 agonist JWH133 on peripheral blood monocytes. Peripheral blood monocytes were treated with various concentrations of JWH133, from 30 minutes before the stimulation with M-CSF and RANKL. Cells were stained with TRAP (A). TRAP-positive multinucleated cells in a randomly selected field examined at ×40 magnification were counted (B).
