Postoperative radiographs: AP (A) and oblique (B) views of the right knee showed that the PCLTAF was treated through two partially threaded cancellous lag screws with washers, the patellar fractures were treated by ORIF using Kirschner wires, and the proximal tibial plateau fractures were managed by applying locked plates and screws.
