Panel B is a postoperative lateral radiograph of the lumbar spine showing a kyphotic Cobb angle of 4.72°. Panel C is a lateral radiograph of the lumbar spine before internal fixation was removed, showing a kyphotic Cobb angle of 16.19°.This suggested that the kyphotic Cobb angle was lost more than 5°before the last follow-up visit or internal fixation was removed compared with the immediate postoperative kyphotic Cobb angle loss
