A typical case of a 66-year-old patient presented with mechanical back pain. The preoperative radiograph indicated degenerative scoliosis (A-B), preoperative MRI and CT showed lumbar stenosis of L3/4 and L4/5 (C-D). Postoperative X-ray (E-F) and standing Full length film of spine (G-H) after 1 year showed that the coronal and sagittal balance had been corrected.
