The child was asked to rate the intensity when the pain was at its average, lowest, and at its highest. 2 Pain Interference Index, Self-rating from 0 to 6: 0 (not at all) and 6 (very high). 3 PROMIS-25, Self-rating from 0 to 4: 0 (never) and 4 (always). Median T-scores are presented for all children and each OI-type: I, III and IV. Interquartile range (IQR) for all children and type I and III (too few in type IV). † Two missing answers for depressive symptoms and one missing for peer relationships
