ALP: alkaline phosphatase. UA: uric acid. Age, race, poverty income ratio, height, weight, ALP, total calcium, creatinine, fasting glucose, UA, and parathyroid hormone were adjusted in group 1. Further adjustments for smoking status, alcohol use, and physical activity were performed in group 2 and group 3
