A A 53-year-old male patient with posttraumatic osteomyelitis of the right tibia. After previous debridement operations, there was a defect of 6.1 cm and filled with PMMA spacer. B,C The PMMA spacer was removed 4 weeks later and the trifocal bone transport was started. D Docking was reached at 42 days after bone transport on X-ray.
