Morphology of cultured BMSCs under different magnifications of the microscope. Cells were cultured for 7 days and were short, spindle-shaped, polygonal, and storiform with vigorous growth (a). After primary culture (the 2nd passage), adherent cells began to appear in 24 hours and gradually increased in 48 hours with higher density and meaningful colonies (b). After passage culture (the 3rd passage) for 7 days, the cells presented as long spindles that were helically shaped and proliferated rapidly with a uniform structure and high purity (c)
