Clinical outcomes in the traditional pedicle screw and cortical bone trajectory groups. The symptom caused by degenerative spinal disorders was significantly improved after transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion surgery in both groups (p < 0.01). Significant differences in visual analog scale and Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) scores at the last follow-up were found between the two groups (p < 0.01)
