Effects of Vaspin on the expression of different genes, involved in differentiation and ECM secretion of chondrocyte. SOX9 mRNA (a), COL2A1 mRNA (b), and COMP protein (c, d) expression levels in chondrocyte were measured by real-time PCR or western blotting at different gradient concentrations of Vaspin (0 ng/ml, 150 ng/ml, and 300 ng/ml).
