Table 1 Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria

Adult over 20 years of age

Sever renal disfunction

Willing and able to give consent

Past history of thrombosis

Extensive synovectomy during surgery

Use of the allogenic blood transfusion

Use of another prothesis due to procedural change

Patients whose drain was clogged

Patients who can not prepare the autologous blood
