Radiographs obtained in a 30-year-old girl diagnosed idiopathic scoliosis. The patient preoperatively showed proximal, middle, and distal curvatures of 53.40°, 128.40°, and 42.70°, respectively, and RSH − 75.86 mm (a). Immediately after surgery, the patient showed proximal, middle, and distal curvatures of 47.00°, 85.30°, and 23.70°, respectively, and RSH − 43.71 mm (b). The patient showed RSH − 26.72 mm at 2 years’ follow-up (c)
