 A 4 years old boy with complex CS. Radiographs and 3D CT showed T10, 12 full-segmented hemivertebra with concave contralateral bar, and 9th bifid rib (A,B). He underwent T10 and T12 hemivertebrectomy at initial surgery with short fusion(C). Second T11 Y-shaped osteotomy surgery was performed after 36 months because curve progression. Radiographs images obtained preoperatively, postoperatively and at the latest follow-up 24 months later (D,E,F)
