Arthroscopic findings and surgical procedures. (a) Softening of the articular cartilage at the medial femoral condyle was detected in the right knee. (b) Cartilage was debrided using a curette, and the defect was 1.5 cm in diameter. (c) Subchondral bone was drilled using a 1.8 mm Kirschner wire. (d) After dehydrating the knee joint, the particulated cartilage fragments were implanted into the defects and covered with fibrin glue.
