Pulmonary CTA was performed again on the 6th day after thrombolysis therapy and indicated that the pulmonary thrombi in both lungs were significantly reduced compared to those in the previous examination, with partial revascularization and clear pulmonary vascular lines, a coronal view showing a small number of PEs still in the right main pulmonary artery (white arrow), b axial view showing no new PEs in the left and right main pulmonary arteries (white arrow)
