a, b, c. A 32 years old male patient presented with lower limb numbness and mobility restricted. T5-8 spinal column collapsed and deformation, kyphotic angle was 98.0°and SVA was measured − 1.2 cm preoperatively. d, e, f. The transpedicular bi-vertebrae wedge osteotomy was performed in T5 and T6. A correction of 48.8° was achieved in upper thoracic region safely. The patient improved to ASIA E after 6 months, and solid fusion was observed in final follow-up
