Micro-CT showed the configuration of femoral trochlear and the subchondral bone in the CON and PI groups at all times points. In the PI group, the center of the trochlear groove become flat, significantly bone loss was observed at 8,12 weeks after surgery, and the loss of bone mass gradually aggravated.
