Protein levels of Nox1, GTP-Rac1 and Total-Rac1. BMMs cells were pretreated with various concentrations of polyphyllin VII (PP7) for 2 h. The cells were then induced to differentiate into osteoclasts with or without RANKL and M-CSF. After 48 h, protein levels of Nox1, GTP-Rac1, and Total-Rac1 were assessed by immunoblotting as described in the methods.
