• First detection of pyogenic Spondylodiscitis with surgical treatment

• only region specific (lumbar, thoracic, cervical) MRI

• Age ≥ 18

• Contraindications for MRI

• MRI of the total spine

• Medical history of a previous Spondylodiscitis

• Previous Spine surgery

• Pregnancy
