The expression of OC mRNA in SrHAP, SrSiP and SrZnSiP group and the expression of ALP mRNA in the SrZnSiP group were significantly higher than that in non-coated PEEK group. However, there was no significant difference with respect to Runx2, Col1a1 and Col4a1 mRNA expressions. Data are shown as the mean ± SD. Asterisk indicates p < 0.05
