A 52-year-old female patient had been referred because of left hip pain for the past year. She had reported a previous “fall from a height” 3 years ago, which caused an “acetabular fracture”. The patient received conservative treatment. The radiograph showed “osteoarthritis” of her left hip joint, a condition that is apt to be misdiagnosed
